We use sustainable recycled postage bags and wrap your products carefully to minimise damage during transit. 

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website. 

1. Shipping & Delivery - Timelines & Pricing

We offer Standard Economy TRACKED shipping within New Zealand via NZ Post as our trusted shipping partner.

Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days (for standard addresses) and 5-9 business days (for Rural Addresses and Outer Islands) after it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. 

AUCKLAND AND NATIONWIDE (EXCL. RURAL DELIVERY AND OUTER ISLANDS)

We offer free shipping for orders over $60.00 nationwide excluding Rural Delivery addresses and Outer Islands (Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham, and Stewart). Orders below $60.00 incur a minimal shipping fees of $5.00

RURAL DELIVERY AND OUTER ISLANDS

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $120.00 nationwide including Rural Delivery addresses and Outer Islands (Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham, and Stewart). Orders below $120.00 incur shipping fees of $10.00

2. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

  1. We only ship within New Zealand. International shipping is not available at this time.
  2. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery during checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12 noon on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will typically be processed and booked for dispatch on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier's website.

5. Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at kbeautykiwi@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

6. Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, any modifications, including changes to the shipping address or cancellation of the order, may not be possible. Please ensure that all order details are accurate before submitting your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Deliveries over Christmas/New Year period or Business Closure periods

During closure of our warehouse over the Christmas & New Year break, or other periods during the year, orders will still be accepted via our website with the orders shipping and deliveries resuming once our warehouse reopens. These dates are advised both on the website and via the order confirmation emails.
